Characteristics

Standing at the tee and looking down on Bavarias most relaxing holiday resort, you will understand why this golf park is called "Bella Vista" and not any common or garden name. In this picture-book landscape, you will play golf far away from all worldy turmoil. All the year through, the scent of flowers, grass and herbs, which spread in thousands over the whole area, is in the air. The Chief Agronomist of the European Tour personally takes care of the quality of the course in Bad Birnback. The grass growing on the greens is the typical grass of the Old Course: the Festuca. Still today, it is used in Scotland, the birthplace of golf, for example in St. Andrews and Carnousti. Around the greens, trickily combined bunkers and water hazards guard the flags in a challenging but fair manner. With the combined wellness & green fee, you can play golf and explore the world of thermal springs and saunas of the Rottal thermal springs at a preferential price.
