The construction of the Panorama Golf Resort golf course was attended by an international team of experts, rich in experience from the construction of foreign as well as several Czech golf courses. Construction of all 27 holes took place under the leadership of HB Golf, s.r.o., which in the Czech Republic participated, among other things, in the construction of golf courses Ostravice and Albatross.

The design of all nine Nines of the Panorama Golf Resort was prepared by an international architectural team of experienced experts. The whole project is covered by the Golfer: Course Creators team, led by Libor Jirásek, who has been in close cooperation with Deutsche Golf Holding Ltd., namely architect and consultant Rainer Preissmann, throughout the planning and construction process.
