An eighteen-hole golf course is a challenge for every player due to the many natural and modeled pitfalls. The natural landscape was used by Japanese architect Shunsuke Kato, who participated in the appearance of the first nine holes. The second nine opened in 2008.

Between the towns of Písek and Strakonice is situated on the outskirts of the village Kestřany Golf Resort Písek with 18-hole course on the site of the original sheep. The first nine holes were built in 2003 by the Japanese architect Sunsuke Kato. In 2007, the construction of the current clubhouse began and a year later (2008) the second nine was opened, which was redesigned in the following two seasons. In May 2016 was opened 18-hole FootGolf course, which is suitable for both relaxation and fun.

The whole area is set in an environment on the border of forests and fields, on its area extends several ponds and is complemented by a modern clubhouse with complete facilities and restaurant
