Characteristics

Tradition and immersion in nature await any golfer who comes to Berlin‘s south-west to seek and find the perfect challenge. Founded in 1895, the Berlin-Wannsee Golf and Country Club is one of the largest and most renowned golf clubs in Germany. Easily accessible on Berlin‘s south-western edge, the 27 hole golf course is situated in the idyllic, old-growth woodlands typical of the Brandenburg countryside. Taking advantage of the area‘s topography with its low, rolling hills, the varied fairways provide golfers of all skill levels athletic challenges. The championship course offers some very narrow fairways, elevation differences and slopes, and thus demands a level of strategic sophistication which can present a true test of character even for experienced golfers.
