Characteristics

The golf course of the GCSO is well maintained, challenging and highly appreciated by golfers. It is situated in the typical landscape of the Central German Uplands of the tri-border region Sauerland - Siegerland - Bergisches Land. The slightly hilly, park landscape offers fascinating views and attractive variations for the golfers. Fairways in dense high forest and wide, open holes make golfing a pleasure for players of all handicaps. Fast greens and fairly placed bunkers, trees and water hazards present challenges for beginners and experienced players. Guests are very welcome on this course and in the club house with its friendly, sportive atmosphere. Taster courses and probational memberships offer access to those who are interested in the golf sport.
