The golf area offers a nine-hole course, a driving range with 15 modern tees, a putting green and a chipping green with a sand bunker, a three-hole academy. There is also the largest indoor golf in the Zlín region with year-round operation. There are 5 training tees, chipping mat and finely modeled practice green with six holes in the indoor indoor. The golf clubhouse has a restaurant with 60 seats.

The entire complex offers a wide range of services ranging from accommodation in a three-star spa hotel to restaurant services in the day bar, restaurant and golf bar to relaxation services. There is an outdoor swimming pool (large, small, children) with heated water (26 - 29 ° C, May - September), whirlpool, sauna, mini golf and tennis court. There is a cycling trail from Zlín to the Lešná Zoo and hiking trails. Clients can also use the varied spa services of the entire spa complex, of which the golf course is a part.

Kostelec playground is of a natural type, respecting the characteristic character of the surrounding landscape. It is set very sensitively and it complements the local nature. The course is not easy at all. Since 2012, the course has been significantly extended and its length over 5 km has ranked among standard long courses. In addition, its hilly profile and the ruggedness of the individual lanes mainly require balance, cool head and tactical golf thinking. Hot head playgrounds easily punishable. Greens are rather smaller. Some of them are difficult to access, but are usually well legible. Climbing this course requires some physical resistance, for which you will be rewarded with beautiful views and direct contact with the surrounding nature.
