Characteristics

The 18 hole, par 72, Peter Thomson designed links style course opened in February 1996. The par 4, 4th ( Hcp 1) is an absolute brute of a hole, playing at 440 yards from the back tees and uphill all the way. Not a hole for the faint hearted. This hole is an exception as the key to scoring well, points more towards accuracy than length. More so, considering there is 94 well-placed bunkers to catch any stray shots. You will find many streams and lakes throughout the 18 holes but not all are in play. The course offers all levels of golfers an enjoyable round with a chance to score well.

Many of the holes are set with beautiful mountain backdrops, so if your game goes to the pack at least the course and it’s backdrops will be pleasing to the eye. All Tees, Fairways and Roughs are grassed with 419 Bermuda grass and Greens with imported Tiff Dwarf Bermuda grass. A practice putting and chipping green, as well as a driving range are available for you to fine tune your skills before attacking the course.
